Ken Matt has been a Taylor product concept expert for more than ten years in Northern Ohio. He focuses his efforts in several sectors of the food-service marketplace: including soft serve and gourmet ice cream locations, convenience stores, educational facilities, hospitals, amusement parks, sports bars and full-service restaurants. His approach for implementing high profit programs into existing and start-up businesses has earned him a strong following among his current customers.

Ken is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College and has been with Kappus Company for the past twelve years. In those years of service, he has been involved in an average installation of 100 Taylor units per year totaling more than 1,200.

As Regional Sales Manager, Ken strives to bring new and innovative technology to food service operations working to streamline production and lower food and labor costs. Along with Ken’s experience and creativity, he has the benefit to work with an exceptional service team and dependable parts team. Together they provide valuable support to all current Taylor customers as well as the additional product lines available through Kappus Company.

Bob Pavuchak has been in the food service and beverage industry for 20 years. His special customer relations have enabled him to assist business owners and managers to excel in their company goals. Bob is very service oriented as well as being creative and always offers new ideas and avenues for increased sales and profits for his customers. Bob has worked with sports bars, neighborhood taverns, chain stores, hospitals, schools, industrial plants and many full service restaurants always bringing his very best efforts to assist the growing needs of his customers.

Bob attended Slippery Rock State College from 1976-1980, majoring in Health and Physical Education. Starting in the service industry after college, he has enjoyed helping others with his continued growing knowledge in the field.

AJ’s past experience in sales, service and project management in the event, consumer sales and home improvement industries; combined with Kappus Company's sales support, allows him to bring a professional approach to fulfilling his customer’s needs.

AJ is a graduate of the University of Dayton, and as a resident of the area, he is familiar with the needs and opportunities available to create a profitable experience for his customers. His expertise focuses on segments of the food service industry such as soft serve, frozen yogurt, convenience stores, educational facilities, amusement parks, delis, hospitals, restaurants, concession stands and sports facilities.

AJ is passionate about his work, and brings that passion to his interactions with his customers; from start-ups of new businesses to additional profit centers for an existing location. He serves Southern Ohio, and is also responsible for eight counties in Northern Kentucky.

Mike has over ten years of leadership experience driving innovation and growth. Prior to entering the private sector, Mike served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. His extensive experience in operations and sales enables him to bring a systematic approach to managing teams and growing business. Mike currently covers the southern Ohio retail territory in addition to his director duties.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and focused on entrepreneurial studies for his MBA at Baldwin-Wallace College. A strong background in business plan design enables Mike to develop innovative solutions that help Kappus customers stay ahead of the competition. Mike is dedicated to making sure his team has the talent and tools to deliver world class service to their customers.
