In the past ten years, Flavor Burst has revolutionized the soft serve industry with its one-step process for blending candy and confection into soft serve cones. Flavor Burst uses patented technology in its soft serve ice cream machines to “stripe” flavoring on the inside and outside of ice cream, frozen yogurt and custard without causing it to run off the cone.
Flavor Burst’s technology has made the company an industry leader in portion controlled injection of flavorings, allowing operators to blend multiple ingredients in the same serving to offer hundreds of flavor combinations. The result is a colorfully swirled, frozen treat.
Flavor Burst recently expanded this concept into shakes, slushes, frozen coffee and other frozen beverages. The new Crunchie Crème model in the Flavor Burst line of products allows crushed candy to be mixed into soft serve in one step as the ice cream is dispensed.
