Kappus Company’s Parts Department is dedicated to helping maximize your food service equipment investment. With proper care and maintenance, your equipment will continue to run efficiently and effectively.

Our Parts Department provides mechanical and wearable parts, food products and mixes. Kappus distributes only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts for all of our products.

Along with Taylor Freezer, Kappus offers the following products for purchase:

  • Flavor Burst parts and syrups - for soft serve, slush and shake units.
  • Smokaroma parts and spices - One Step Prep, Red Rub and Bar-B-Q Boss mix
  • Gelato - Pre-gel flavoring. All-natural dairy gelato and sorbet bases.

When placing an order, same-day shipping can be expected on most orders to customers located in our service regions of Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Northern Kentucky. Our Parts Department offers an “Auto Ship” program for wear items parts needed for optimum performance as recommended by trusted manufacturers. Kappus can automatically ship parts to you according to a manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule. These parts could include Stera Sheen to clean & sanitize and lube needed for the reassembly of units. Kappus Company allows for our customers to decide what they want and how often without having to worry about running low or running out of these items.
